Due to the nature of hair extensions and hygiene standards, all sales are final. Hair must remain in its original packaging and must not be installed, worn, colored, cut, brushed, washed, or altered in any way. We reserve the right to deny any return, exchange, or refund request if the product has been opened or tampered with. If you receive the wrong item or an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
