CAN THE HAIR BE COLORED?

Yes. Our Raw and Virgin Hair can be colored by a professional stylist.

Virgin Hair can be lightened up to #27, while Raw Hair can be lifted up to #613. For best results, all coloring services should be performed by a licensed professional. Please note that chemical processing can compromise the integrity of the hair if not done properly. * 

CAN I USE HEAT ON THE HAIR?

Yes. Always use a heat protectant when applying heat.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Processing Time:

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?

Yes, we are currently located in Henrico, VA Local pickup is available during checkout. Please allow full processing time and you will receive notification when your order is ready.
